To apply, every applicant 18 years and older must fill out an application, submit all required forms, and pay a $35 credit check fee. Please note: All application fees are non-refundable.
To apply:
We hold an apartment when an applicant is approved and we have a holding deposit on file.
The holding deposit is $500 and will go towards your move in costs. Once your holding deposit is paid and the agreement is signed, we can set up the date for your move in.
Please note, we process applications in the order we receive them.
The application process takes about 3 days depending on our ability to verify rental history and employers.
To be approved you must have a clear credit report, clear background check (civil/criminal) and clear rental history/employer background check. For further information about our approval process go to the forms page and download the rental requirements.
